I have always been active since an early age - played many sports, with football being the main one.

Having ten years’ experience in the fitness industry I believe that we are born to move in every direction, for that reason assisting people to improve their lifestyles makes me happy; Movement is a form of medicine to relieve the pain due to an injury or just a sedentary lifestyle.

Helping people reach their best potential is what drives me to keep learning every day to be the best version of myself to deliver the best and efficient method of training that will bring you joy in a safe and fun environment to achieve your goals.

From a background of football and strength and conditioning type of training I came across calisthenics that became one of my passions and for that reason I decided to get into Pilates to understand more about the stability muscles that allows me to do calisthenics moves
