1.Tell us a bit about you, your professional qualifications and experience…

Having been a dancer from a young age, there was a natural progression into fitness after completing my Dance degree, and went onto qualify as a Fitness Instructor and Level 3 & Level 4 Personal Trainer. I took huge interest in wanting to expand my knowledge into practices that pay attention to form and alignment, such as Pilates and Yoga.

2. What single piece of advice would you give to somebody who is:

A. NEW TO THE DYNAMIC REFORMER TRAINING METHOD?

Take the time to understand the movement/exercise and the muscles you are trying to target. Focus on the precision and alignment points to allow you to fully understand each exercise allowing you to progress in a safe way.

B. A SEASONED DYNAMIC REFORMER PRACTITIONER?

There are so many diverse ways to use the machines, and whilst always maintaining safety and proper form as a priority, allow yourself to be daring and explore different exercises on the machines….there is little you can’t use these incredible pieces of equipment for !!

3. What can somebody who doesn’t know you expect from your classes?

I aim to always ensure client safety, with clear direction on form and points of alignment to keep present through every exercise. The classes are adaptable to each level of fitness, and each exercise will have varying ways to progress the exercise allowing you to challenge yourself with acute guidance and motivation to get you to the end feeling satisfied with all your great efforts.

4. What type of music do you like to play in class?

Music is such an important part of my life that it really does vary depending on the day and what I feel may be suitable for the flow. Varying genres from R&B, House, to classic rock… and so many others in between
