1. Tell us a bit about you and your professional qualifications and experience.

I studied back home in Australia, first completing an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science then went straight into Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Throughout my study I secured a role at Victoria's leading exercise physiology company, PACE. I spent 4 years there working with clients to prevent and manage chronic diseases, rehabilitating injuries and improving their health and wellbeing through exercise, lifestyle modification and self-management. It was truly rewarding!

2. How has Pilates changed the way you move, look and feel?

When I moved to the UK in 2019, I had very little Pilates experience. Fast forward to now and Pilates has completely changed the way I move, look and feel! Having taught hundreds of online classes during lockdown (and still doing so) and training/practicing reformer in the studio, my body is stronger than ever and I have been completely injury free! I have run 3 marathons since moving to London and starting my running journey and can confidently say Pilates has played a HUGE role in this! My body has transformed since starting Pilates and I feel so good for it! Pilates = instant mood booster!

3. What can somebody who doesn’t know you expect from your classes?

Expect to finish my class feeling you have worked your body from head to toe! Also expect the class to incorporate some mobility and stretches.. key elements that are just as important as strengthening! I structure my classes to be dynamic, challenging (in the best way), fun and will accommodate to your needs and/or injuries. Oh, and always expect glutes - who doesn't love to work the glutes?!
