Owner & Master Instructor

1. Tell us a bit about you and your professional qualifications and experience…

Since graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and post grad qualification in Exercise Rehabilitation, I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for the last 13 years.

I’ve managed to amass close to 20,000 hours of teaching classes and private sessions in that time, of trained countless fellow professionals and am now the very proud owner of this amazing studio.

I hope to live up to its great history and exceed the expectations of the fabulous members that make this place what it is.

2. What got you into Dynamic Reformer Pilates in the first place and why do you like teaching it now?

I first came across Dynamic Reformer back in 2007 when I worked for the first company to bring this style of Pilates to the UK. I then followed the guy that hired me when he set us his own company the following year and worked there for 8 years where I wrote their training manual, designed the internal training academy and trained fellow professionals (alongside teaching classes and private sessions of course!)

I love teaching it now for the same reasons I loved teaching it back then - the results that people get from using this training method are simply fantastic and there’s nothing better than helping someone to change themselves for the better.

3. How has Reformer Pilates changed the way you move, look and feel?

I’ve always struggled with immobility and back pain since my early teenage years and this training method is the only thing that’s helped me to consistently keep those niggles at bay.

I’m not so immodest as to comment on my looks but I can definitely say I feel a lot better after each session I do!

4. What keeps you entertained when you’re not in the studio?

My children! There really is never a dull moment with my three little minions
