Sam started teaching mat and then later reformer Pilates in 2021 after over a decade of working as a professional dancer.

She loves being able to work with movement and to create a fun and encouraging space for people to exercise, believing that we should all be given the chance to move our bodies. She feels Pilates has provided the perfect place for this and is a space for everybody!

Always wanting to learn more, she is currently undertaking courses to develop her knowledge of the human body and ways in which exercise can help with pain and illness.
