1. Tell us a bit about you, your professional qualifications and experience…

I’ve always been interested in keeping fit and pushing my body to its limits, with 10+ years of weightlifting and training experience. I started out as a Personal Trainer and with a strong sporting background I was naturally drawn towards strength and conditioning.

2. What got you into Dynamic Reformer Pilates in the first place and why do you like teaching it now?

At 27 I broke my neck and it was around this time (coincidentally) that I became a Pilates Instructor... so I really learnt first-hand, the value of this practice!

3. What can somebody who doesn’t know you expect from your classes?

Attention to detail, combo of classical and dynamic exercises to improve strength and flexibility so that you can develop your skills and ultimately feel amazing every time! I have structure to my class but like to keep things fresh, so the mind has to work as well, so expect some new material from time to time.

4.    What is your favourite Reformer exercise:

A. TO TEACH?

Anything where there’s that lightbulb moment for the client of ‘ohhhhhh that’s what it feels like!’

B. TO DO?

Any kind of rolldown, standing, seated... if it opens the spine and strengthens the core I’m there!!
