Terms & Conditions for Absolute Studios
Welcome to Absolute Studios! These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our services, including studio visits, classes, events, and related offerings. By participating in any classes or services provided by Absolute Studios, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
All class bookings must be made in advance through our website, momence app, or at the studio. We have a 5 minute late arrivals/grace period policy, members are required to be on the reformer within those 5 minutes. Late arrivals will be refused entry to class and the class credit will be lost. This is for your safety and to minimise disruption at the start of class. Due to limited reception space please don’t arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of class, 5 minutes would be ideal.
Payments for classes, packages, or memberships must be made before attending a class.
All prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Refer to 8. Memberships for further details.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows and Waitlists
We ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice for any class cancellations. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the loss of the class credit and fall under our Late Cancellation policy.
If you do not show up for a class without cancelling, you will lose the class credit.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified either by email or SMS, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to change your Instructor. In such instances, members will be notified via email or SMS as promptly as possible. If the substitute Instructor is not suitable, the Studio Manager may waive the late cancellation fee, provided the change was made with short notice. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you notify the studio by email.
Members are required to accept their spot from the waitlist in order to be booked into the class. Communication is sent via SMS and you will have 90 minutes to reply before the spot it passed onto the next member on the waitlist.
